Can I take an alternative form of interview?

We do not offer this opportunity. Please contact the organisation that invited you to take the one-way video interview to see with them if alternative solutions are available. However, we would like to remind you that one-way video interviews are not meant to trap you. To the contrary, they are a real asset for you as they allow you to express yourself earlier in the recruitment process. Take this opportunity to show who you are!
