How do I know if my video answers have been sent?
At the end of your interview, you should see the following notification:
You will be redirected either to the website of the organisation that sent you the interview or to the InterviewApp homepage. Ensure not to close the page until you have been redirected, otherwise you may compromise the correct transfer of your video answers.
Besides, once your interview is over and your answers are sent, you will receive an automatic email with the subject “Thanks for completing your video interview”.
If you have not been redirected at the end of your interview or you have not received the thank-you email, please contact us through the chat below. We can tell you if your video interview was sent to the recruiter or not.
