General tips in case of problems with the browser
- If you choose to take your interview from a computer, please use only one of the following browsers : Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera;
- Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser;
- If you are using Chrome and your webcam is not working well, please check your clicked “Allow” in the authorisation bar at the top of your screen;
- Clear your browser's cache;
- Clear your browser's cookies;
- Try another browser;
- Make sure your firewall is not too restrictive;
- Make sure your connection is stable. Rather use a wired connection than a wireless connection;
- Restart your modem and router if necessary.
