What are my options to send an interview?
At time of inviting interviewees to take the interview you created for them online, you are given two alternatives:
First option : you can use the InterviewApp system for sending invites
Second option : you can alternatively use the public link of the interview you created to send your invitations through the system of your choice (your email client or your applicant tracking system for instance).
First option: the private link
A private, unique and personal link will be generated for each of the interviewees invited through our system. The interviewee invited will only be able to record their interview once with this link.
Second option: the public link
If you choose to use the public link of the interview you created, any person who has access to this link will be able to take your video interview online. One particular email address can be associated to only one public link.
