# What if I don’t have the required equipment?

To take your [InterviewApp](https://itwapp.io/) interview you need:  

*   either a computer with a recent browser ([Google Chrome](http://support.interviewapp.io/faqs-and-troubleshooting/google-chrome), [Mozilla Firefox](http://support.interviewapp.io/faqs-and-troubleshooting/mozilla-firefox) or [Opera](http://support.interviewapp.io/faqs-and-troubleshooting/opera)), a webcam and a working microphone;
*   or an iPhone / iPad running at least iOS 8 and in good working order;
*   or an Android smartphone / tablet running at least Android 4.0 with a working front camera.

If you don’t have any of these devices, there are several solutions:  

*   Ask a relative or friend to lend you the required equipment for the interview.
*   Contact us through the chat below. We will try to redirect you to the Public Computer Room or the cybercafé the closest to you.
