# How long does it take to load a question?

It depends on the speed of your connection but it should not take more than a few seconds. As a point of comparison, the loading should not take longer than the loading of the one-way video interview homepage. If the loading of a question obviously takes longer than expected, or if the page is blocked, please refresh the page. If the problem persists, it surely comes from your Internet connection. Try again with a more stable and faster Internet connection. If your Internet connection is weak, please use a wired connection rather than a WiFi connection.
